I'm a lawyer and a liberal Democrat in the Roosevelt & Johnson (at least domestic policy) sense and have great hopes for the next President even in our economic troubles and even as we recover from recent errors both at home and internationally. Many of my best friends are conservatives, though. No, really. No kidding.
