His weekly podcast "The Judge John Hodgman" podcast is clever, witty, dry, smart, and I can't get enough of listening to the "judge" pull information out of real-life twosomes who have brought before him a case that is genuinely something they disagree over, but that is always a the kind of thing REAL people might disagree about. For example: a father was brought to the "court" by his three sons, represented by his wife/their mother, when he promised to give each of them money if they tried a particular food appetizer a party that they were refusing. They tried the item, loved it, and continued eating it throughout the party. Later the mother went to collect the money on behalf of her sons and the dad said he shouldn't have to pay because they LIKED the item. The mom and kids disagreed.
