I don't know if it's just superb acting, but Mary Steenburgen seems as though she'd be just as cool in real life as she is in the characters she portrays on the big screen. Very adorable in "The Proposal" and "Step Brothers". I was very surprised to find out that she's currently married to Ted Danson. . . but perhaps it's just because I always pictured Danson as being grumpy ol' Dr. Becker whenever he steps outside of Hollywood. :/ :/ :/ :) :/

She is a very good actor. Great in The Step Brothers and she's good in The Proposal so far too.
