I watched part of Gladiator last night. I had to fix dinner. Russell Crowe is so goood in that movie.

Watched the 1952 b&w version of Les Mis. Wondering if RC would have been a better Valjean instead...

Knowing what a superb actor Russell Crowe is I am not perturbed about him playing Noah - even if I do think the tall tale of a wooden Arc with two of all creatures aboard is the most outrageous piece of codswallop to ever be fed to the human race. If an American can play Maggie Thatcher, the most British of all Brits and win an Oscar, then a New Zealander (Yes, Crowe is originally from there) can easily do a job on Noah. With a bit of luck, he'll do a 'Rainbow Warrior' on the silly boat during filming and make Titanic seem like a second rate film.
