Back in the days of middle school, in the wee hours of some weekend morning when I couldn't sleep, I happened upon "Captain January" on TCM. And that was when I discovered the magic of Shirley Temple. I scoured the TV Guide week after week, looking for more of her films, and eventually I saw "Just Around the Corner." I was officially hooked. Many, many years later I can now say that I am the proud owner of at least half of her movie collection, if not more.

Love Shirley all the time. My grandaughter Carli looks and talks just like she did when she was little!
