An all-time classic and one of my faves. Remember watching it on Sunday afternoons as a child, and loved seeing the clip of Errol Flynn in the Bugs Bunny episode.

Watching this all the way through for the first time. This film, while slow moving at time, has great performances and terrific sets. Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland work great together. Its also nice to see Uno O'Connor in a role separate from a screaming maid(like in The Invisibly Man and Bride of Frankenstein). Basil Rathbone is also terrific, while Prince of Thieves has always been my favorite adaptation, I can see why this has held the top position for so many viewers for so long/ I wish films would look as beautiful as they did when color was first invented, they care more about the color in their films. This whole film feels like a moving painting

Still my favourite version. Olivia de Havilland was a very beautiful woman.
