The scale and gravity of this movie was monumental! The mastery, the red imagery symbolizing a disasterous blood bath the raged on for years as Alezander fought to prove himself the best. At 25 he crushed the mighty Persian Empire! What a death-defying feat of the phenomenal artistry of war!! It is sad that this movie was not welcomed as it should. Maybe in another place an time!!

Watching this movie based on one of the greatest heathen conquerors.
