World War IV. Interesting. I'd read the description, then forgot until I'd watched a few minutes that it mentioned telepathic communication.

1975 film about a guy roaming the wastelands after world war 4 - if that's not enough, he telepathically talks to his dog as if he were Kit from Knightrider! Hooked in minutes lol

a weird movie, felt like a fallout movie but more about having sex then surving and a talking dog, yeah it was something.
