One of the best documentaries I've ever seen.

I think that #ows could serve itself well to watch this documentary. What's happening isn't new. I'm glad it's still be fought.

Based on the courtroom transcripts from the trial of the Chicago 10 (notably Abbie Hoffman, Bobby Seale, Jerry Rubin, among others), who were prosecuted for organizing demonstrators who had a "youth festival" to protest the war in Vietnam in 1968 outside the Democratic National Convention, which later turned into a police riot.

This movie mixes news footage, video clips, animation, interviews w/ those involved. until the new movie (The Chicago 8) comes out in the fall of 2012.. Is the best I could find on this event. :)

best film soundtrack treatment I've seen in a long time...MC5, Sabbath, Beastie Boys, Eminem, Steppenwolf, Billy Preston, and plenty of RATM.
