I still don't know how I feel about Cold Fish, and it's been a while since I watched it. Um, I guess if you like Japanese shock-horror (inspired by true events, no less), this movie is for you. For me? Eh. The actual killing didn't bother me as much as an in-your-face, not-quite-but-kind-of rape scene did. Oh, God, I sound like a totally conservative Midwesterner right now (I'm not), but hear me out! These things don't usually bother me at all, it's just that I feel certain elements of the movie were created and included to please a certain audience, and it gives me sort of a skeevy feeling. Make sense?

Description says "gory". I can only hope.

If the movie is half as good as the introduction, it's gonna be a fun 2h to spend.

For the first time in YEARS I watched a movie and was like "OMG WTF!!!" time and again. And that would be the most accurate description I could give of this movie.

I did not expect a film like this to be so long, but worth it. Simple leading into extreme bizarre.
