Unfortunately It's also very one sided, verging on racist and sensationalistic once you get past the disturbing images, which makes it less valuable as a documentary because a good argument about anything gives equal time to all sides. Worth a watch for sure though.

Very well done doc exposing what Japan's dolphin trade has covered up for years

This made me cry. Netflix shouldn't be taking it off streaming on 2/1/12 they need to leave it up so more people can see this.

I don't have any snappy quips for this movie. It moved me to tears.

A few years ago, Jon took me to Sea World. I was so excited! But after seeing the dolphins and whales in.action, my heart just went out to them. It was sad.

A MUST see....we must be aware & help! Hard to imagine such brutality to our dolphins-yet Japanese people are ingesting mercury daily, poetic justice, no-many unaware! See it!

This is my 3rd time watching this. I'm going to watch this with my sister. I think it's really a good documentary to watch because I had no idea of any of this until viewing this the first time. I don't think dolphin slaughtering gets the attention it deserves. This is a must see.

Saturday Morning Documentary for this week. Been meaning to watch this for a while.

Really interesting documentary on many levels. Upsetting to read on Wikipedia that two years later, the only change has been that the dolphin hunters put up tarps so people couldn't watch. More upsetting was a 2nd mini-documentary on the DVD that claimed that most seafood is deadly with mercury poisoning. Yikes!

Food safe mercury levels = 0.4 ppm
Dolphin mercury leves = 200 ppm.
Dolphins meat commonly sold in japan.

Netflix.... I hope i dont cry .. Lol
