Even though this is definitely not my favorite Woody Allen film (I prefer his early, funny stuff, as the aliens say), I still am really enjoying this. And 'misdemeanors' is a lot easier word to spell than you'd think.

Unbelievably terrific Woody Allen. Makes me extremely nostalgic for New York as it was. Jewish New York, actually. "I haven't been inside a woman since I visited the statue of liberty."

I loved the first two acts, but the third was too depressing for my current state of mind. :( Still, inimitable Woody at his best. :)

Not bad at all. Woody Allen still is is neurotic self (I still don't see his shtick as being that great) but the plot helps ease that and make it less annoying. Hell, in the end his loveable loser... more

Not bad at all. Woody Allen still is is neurotic self (I still don't see his shtick as being that great) but the plot helps ease that and make it less annoying. Hell, in the end his loveable loser character ends up being someone you root for. The parallel but unequal "love" stories really makes this movie.

Birthday boy @richardsscottj picks the movie tonight. I've never seen this one before!

Solid flick and I enjoyed it. It is one, I imagine, that needs multiple viewings to fully understand.
