This is the first time I've seen this movie. It's pretty intense. Good movie..aliens involved.

I do not care much for the new remake. This version did not have all the special effects, but the simplicity and well acting is what made this movie.

I'm watching the original (1951) The Day the Earth Stood Still, after watching the 2008 version love them both!!!

Very different for a 50's sci fi. Its decent but the concept is a little obvious. 5/10.
