has just watched "A Dolphin Tale" with 6yr old Skyler and as it's target audience is kids and big fat softies we both enjoyed it thoroughly. Even though it's predictable it's hard not to like and even though the human actors (Harry Connick jnr, Ashley Judd, Morgan Freeman and Kris Kristofferson) don't stretch themselves, Winter the dolphin playing herself is so engaging that even the large doses of schmaltz are forgiven. Besides, who doesn't love dolphins?

Good story but...the little boy? Why the little boy? I get adding a kid to make it more family oriented, but having an 11yr old spot a Crane setting bleachers!? Come on!!!

rented tis one out to to watch with the family i realy enjoyed it as my youngest son said the dolphin is an insperation to all we all loved the movie this is anouther one i wold recomend.

Our daughter actually got to pet Winter in 2009 when we went to Florida to adopt our second child. Amazing experience. This movie is wonderful.
