Duplex is an very amusing movie. It's funny to see Alex and Nancy being tortured by this old lady. It'll kind of make you angry, too. Nevertheless, it's one of my favorite Ben Stiller movies and I have to laugh, everytime I'm watching this. I recommend it to everyone who's into comedy movies.
