Ummm... I'm confused about what I think of this movie right now...

Haven't seen it since it was in the cinema. Loved it back then and expected as usual to be disappointed, but I wasn't. Great film. By far my favorite from Kubrick.

The masked ball scene is amazing one of the top ever in cinema, although its music is absolute ritual

Intriguing and strangely complex sexual tale with great dialogue scenes- which I love. Great film.

I forgot how slow this movie is ... lots of nudity and an erie feel but painfully slow at times. And it brought the demise of the real marriage between Nicole and Tom.
