As much as I dislike Matthew McConeghey, he turns in a very convincing performance here. Bill Paxton is amazing playing the obsessed single father. Powers Booth also contributes with a decent performance, but the real deal here is to watch the kids being exposed to the traumatic experience which brings us to the even more bizarre and phenomenal conclusion. Do not miss the chance to see this old gem, unless you're easily impressed with some really disturbing drama. Big 5 stars.
