How can anyone not appreciate this film? It's a classic! Makes you think twice about putting on Halloween masks. Doesn't matter if there's no Myers in this one. It's brilliant in its own way.

This movie is sadly underrated. So what if Michael Myers isn't in it.

Apparently designed to deliberately not continue the Michael Myers story, but to be more of a stand-alone story.

I don't care Michael Myers isn't in it. It's still amazing in its own, terrible way.

My marathon tonight concludes with the last real imaginative entry into the series given a bad rap because there's no Michael Myers lurking about, this film instead looks at the corporate greed and american commercialism of the holiday with a really outlandish yet intriguing witches mad scientist plot. So the film actually comes full circle using modern and classic modes of storytelling.
