Just saw this at the Vista Theater in Silverlake and I have to say it's better than I remembered it. Fun seeing favorite characters on the big screen - lots of BIG HAIR.

This is horribly terrific! Glad I got to see it again.

I remember seeing this as a kid. Still have the books and watched the soap religiously. Glad to see them redoing it in some form. Rest in Peace Jonathan Frid. Will miss you.

I'm not happy at all that they are remaking Dark Shadows and making a comedy out of it! That is just so wrong in so many ways. I love Johnny Depp, but don't think I'm going to like him in this remake.

They need to bring this back - the reruns. I absolutely love this show. I remember watching it with my mother and sister. I don't care what anyone says this show was/is AWESOME (even though the budget didn't seem the extensive and every now and then you would see the microphone hanging down or some little faux pas but that's part of what mad it a great show - in my own opinion!!!!)!!!

No sparkly vampires here, lot of pacing problems though and the scenes jump a lot.
