Ol' skool is RIGHT! I may be wrong (it's never happened before BUT - I think this may have been the "Ol' Skool" Lorana Bobbit graduated MADEHIM SCREAM LOUDLY)- The actress is like the unofficial spokesperson for the "Ginsu" Knives and the frowned upon use #1,002 - The commercial does state it can cut "wood" - John Wayne Bobbit might be one of the only man on earth that you can ask if he had the same "LAME" reaction as the dude in the tub on the 1978 version that just went "Ahh" after she snuck the knife in the bathwater and did a quick "slice" - But come on! he didn't even KNOW it was cut off till the bathwater started turning red??? Classic show, the good ol boys sure got what they deserved for their rape "sins"

Watching the original then the remake. First time seeing both, and her lots about them. Heard it's just as disturbing as The House on The Left which was decent.

The original and uncut 1978 version, on Blu-Ray. It's so strange that in such a relatively brief span of time, these harrowing, underground exploitation classics have suddenly become widely available at mainstream, big box stores. Wasn't that long ago that flicks like this, or 'Faces of Death', and so on, were hidden treasures found only in independent mom-and-pop video stores, or spoken of but never seen by all but the most determined sleaze-cinema archeologists. Now you can buy it anywhere, on Blu-ray, with director's commentary? In a lot of ways it spoils the power these films used to wield.

Jeff C. Don't get me wrong - as a film lover, I'm thrilled to pieces that I can pop down to the store and grab easily acquire all these great, once-all-but-lost genre classics. But part of the lure of films like this during the 80's and 90's was the difficulty it took to find them, as well as the sense that they were hard to find for a reason: that they were not meant to be seen, vile and repulsive to a fault and better off lost to the ages. Who wouldn't want to see something like that?

One of the craziest films you'll ever see. The rape/revenge scenes were so obscure, but you're always on the girl's side. It's like Deliverance meets Straw Dogs.

Ashley Gerace Always wanted to see this. I remember when it was in the theaters lol. I was too young to see

Mr. Sensitive It came out 9 years before I was born haha. The new one rip off's nearly every scene. The um... Lorena Bobbitt style part, where the guy's in the tub in the first and standing up in the remake, is funny either way. I'm strongly against womanizers.
