Sidney Poitier is truly one of the greatest actors of all time. I have yet to disliked one of his films.

Classic! TCM is having a good weekend.

Poitier + Steiger = cinema gold. What incredible talent both actors display here. A must watch for me.

I'd avoid eating at that greasy spoon, unless you like dead flies in your food!

I NEVER miss an opportunity to watch this film. Poitier and Steiger are excellent but every part of this film is on point.

Nearly cleaned up at @TheAcademy Awards back in 1968 and of course featured the brilliant Sidney Poitier who is as always an absolute vision.

Now watching "In The Heat Of The Night." Another classic I've never taken time to see. Love #TCM!

1967 Best Picture winner. Excited to see this. In the mood for a good cop drama.

Think I've had this movie from Netflix for the past month, just chilling on my entertainment center. Getting to it now while doing some room cleaning. Sidney Poitier has emerged as one of my favorite actors, he is just phenomenal in everything I've seen him in!

Poitier is so elegant and composed. This is a great movie and succeeds on several levels. Interesting that you couldn't make a movie like that today.

Can't believe that it's taken me this long to see this movie.

There isn't a single aspect of this film that I don't like. It's about as perfect as films get, IMO.

I've watched the show for yrs but never got around to seeing this.

Poitier at his best! Love this movie! Have the soundtrack, too. Brother Ray doing his thing with Q, you know!
