this is a wonderful movie, scenes are gripping and well worked, the basement bar scene is the highlight of the movie to me..and there is also plenty of gratuitous violence for the Tarentino fans

There is so much depth to this movie. One minute I was going to turn it off and the next, I was laughing. But I gotta say, I didn't feel good when it was over. If you need an uplifting film, this isn't it.

Oh, thats was something. Quentin's hand made the thing look kind of like a comic book which makes it even more appealing, but the movie itself is just so interesting to watch.
Of course we got used to I reckon to seeing the movies from World War beeing bazed mostly on true stories which is not the case here unfortunatelly, but still why would it matter so much really. Classic tarantino. Long scenes with seemingly mundane (but witty) dialogue. Needless gore and violence. Loved it.

The topic does not lend itself well onto his style, events were random and the whole movie was designed backwards from the final sequence. I get that it's a satire, but I really didn't see any except violence.
The only good thing about this movie was Christoph Waltz, whose portrait of Nazi SS officer was in ingenious.
Sorry, Quentin, you get thumbs down from me on this one.
