So hot and sweaty....just did kickboxing level 1 and 2... 40 minutes! Feel ready to kick some arse!!

Shredding so I don't feel guilty when I eat some thin crust veggie pizza. :)

Wasn't too happy with my workout yesterday, so, making up for it today. Also, buzzing on coffee.

Working off the delicious shower food I ate earlier ... & the Doritos I proceeded to consume afterwards ... :P

Not just watching it-did it. Actually, it was "Shred-it with Weights" for the Kettlebell action, but this is all it had.

it's hard to shower, but day two down of the program. hopefully my body will get used to this a little bit by the end of the week.

Did my first workout this morning. Had to go buy a new yoga mat and towel because the old ones kept slipping.

Sometimes I realllly have to push to get my workout in. But happy I forced myself when its over. I'm just drained today.
