Took Aidan to see this weekend before last. It was a lot better than I expected :)

The Rock smiles too much in this - it's very disconcerting.

Filmde karakterler tam olarak rolleriyle oturmuş denebilir. Filmin konusu açıkcası bana pek gizemli gelmedi. Jules Verne’in romanlarında geçen Gizemli Adayla ilgili. Fakat romanı okurken aldığınız tat bu filmde yok. Çünkü bu film daha sürükleyici. Bu muhtemelen okumak yerine izlediğimizden kaynaklanıyor olsa gerek. Kitaptaki olağanüstü şeyleri bir filme sokmuşlar. Size bir kitap adı verdim ama emin olun filmde bundan fazlası var.

Bu filmde oyunculuğunu en güzel yapan kişi bana göre Vanessa Hudgens. Gerek mimikler olsun gerek canlandırdığı sahneler olsun. Hiç birinde yapmacık bir hareketi yoktu. Hepsi muhteşem ve yerli yerindeydi. Filmin en kötü yanı bir buçuk saat olması. Film bittikten sonra tam haz alamadan bitti gibi bir his veriyor insana bu da “Keşke yarım saat daha sürseydi.” dedirtiyor. Puanım 9/10.

Of course the helicopter pilot uses the Nautilus as a tourist attraction once they get back to the States.

Who's up for an adventure? Speering a giant eel to power the batteries on the Nautilus. Crazy!

All of Jules Verne books on islands are what helped find the mysterious island.

On this island everything that normally is small is huge (eels & bees) and everything that is normally large is tiny (elephants & sharks).

I hope it isn't cliche. I expect as much anyway.

Watched this last night. Good family movie.
