Chick-flick favorite Meg Ryan is Kate, a woman who's been burned by love. Her scientist ex-boyfriend discovers a portal to travel through time, and he brings back a 19th century nobleman named Leopold (Hugh Jackman) to prove it. A skeptical Kate reluctantly takes responsibility for showing Leopold the 21st century ropes and soon falls for him.

Being all British. In prince-like period costumes. Swoons!!
That said, Meg Ryan is a bit grating in this movie. Her character could have been more likeable, her wardrobe could have been a little less butchy, and why on earth does it look like she had her hair cut by sticking it in a blender?
Still, that's not enough to distract from the important thing here: Hugh Jackman. Swoons!!Vote:- Right on(0)
