Watched this last night again for the first time in a while! Such a powerful film! I think it should get more attention. Made in 1984, before movies became "Franchises", the look and feel is real and not meticulously, methodically staged and framed like films are today.

Very serious movie. Makes me think. Been a very stressful weekend. Just gotta get things out my mind & relax.....CHILL!!

What an impressive movie, after all these years it still gives me the shivers.

Just got done watching this for the first time. I am quite ignorant on the subject, strangely.

this may be "romanticized" but I dare you to watch anyway. I ask Roland Joffe how romantic this movie was.

Interesting movie. Wonder why it took me this long to watch it!
