This is one of the most heart wrenching movies I've ever seen! Kevin Kline portrays a character that is dying of Cancer but is estranged from his son. He decides to build his dream house on the coast and his son (who is a bit troubled) comes to stay with him during this process. The father keeps his disease a secret until close to the end just as he and his son have started to bond again. It's so tragic on one hand that they come together again just at the end but also sends a message of encouragement, that it's never to late to swallow your pride and mend broken fences so you can live a life without regret. This movie hit really close to home personally a year ago when my husbands father died. I highly recommend it!!!

Christensen a la Goth. I could forgive that since it only lasted in the first 30 mins. The rest is good, a heart warming one.
