Amazing film. The dialog. The music. And Katherine Hepburn and Peter o'toole. Who could ask for anything more???

One of the best movies of all time. The dialogue is razor sharp. It was cast perfectly. Every line is delivered in a way that can only be described a spot on. Fantastic film!

He has exiled her and since taken up with a young girl who is supposed to marry one of his sons. He has three sons, one of which is Anthony Hopkins, a very serious man who wants to be king. It is Christmas time, his sons are there and he has called back Elinor, of whom he wants her property, the Aquitaine. This film is the interaction of king, queen, mistress and 3 sons. Do not miss this classic.

Checking in early. This movie has the best dialog. Katherine Hepburn is brilliant as is Richard burton. Love it
