Alec Baldwin was a hoot

Wanted to make sure I would watch more than 20 minutes before checking in. Yet another coming of age story of a selfish teenager who's parents are divorcing.

Randomly found on Netflix...

This film was so refreshing. The script was often minimalistic, with much more emphasis on visual, which is a pleasant reprieve from the often exhaustive dialogue of some films. I especially enjoyed the approach of the teen romance of the film: it used a realism that did not skip over the awkward nature of young adults exploring the complicated world of sex. Very dry, very uplifting, and very sad.

Nice little movie - pleased to have discovered a little gem.
