All of a sudden I had an overwhelming desire to watch this.

Austen's characters make much more sense given the full social context in which they lived. I'm a bit biased as I have a crush on Fanny Price. WTH The Crawfords' creepy relationship...

I love Jane Austen... my favorite author for non-children's books.

I can (and do) watch this movie over and over again. As a matter of fact, I have watched it and started it over when it ended on more than one occasion.
