Definitely Hitchcock's darkest film thematically. Hard to watch at times because of subject matter. Probably his deepest emotional film.

Partially filmed near me in Middleburg VA at the same horse farm where Jackie Kennedy rode, & at the Red Fox Inn & restaurant (which is still in operation in its original location).

Hendren and Connery, under Hitchcock's direction? Interesting chemistry. Wow. Hope this airs again.

I actually like this movie. Definitely before its time. This should be remade in my opinion.
