I've just watched parts 1 & 2. An amazing pair of films, had me hooked from the start. Such excellent acting all round, a little slow in places but with a total need of being so. If you can get past the fact it's French and subtitled in English, you will have 4 hours of entertainment of the unusually morbid but addictive kind. A modern day classic from France from a genre they do so, so well. 8/10 But you HAVE to watch Part 1 to get the back story and fully understand the gravity of Mesrine.

this part 2 of Mesrine as he rises to infamy as public enemy number one. At one point in the film Merine in the U.S. and is stopped by the Arizona police force whose tatics for apprehending criminals makes the French police force look like pussies.

At first I thought it was an 80's movie with 2010 quality, but it's a 2008 movie that portraits the 80's very well, check the hair, clothes, cars, trains, everything. Well done

Vinz cassel. Loved him since la Haine
