This is a movie that everyone should watch. It's extremely heart wrenching.

I should restate my comment. No one should ever "cheer" when anyone goes to war or is put in harm's way. Ever. And we should do everything to help them when they return.

Such a good movie. If you haven't seen it take the time to watch it.

This movie is way intense. It's really good though.

Can't immagine being apart of the Casualty Notification team.

A dramatic film that deals with the seemingly unbearable task of the military men and women who have to give the tragic news to the families of soldiers who are lost, injured, or killed, in this case during wartime. Foster and Harrelson are excellent as both traumatized soldiers handling the stress such an undertaking must have while also dealing with their own personal issues that have also brought them to where they are. Its a good film but with a serious topic and emotionally intense scenes, be prepared for the heaviness of its content, but definitely worth a look.

I watched The Messenger Sunday night. I highly recommend this movie. Difficult subject matter.
