An excellent film,though a little far fetched in places(according to some). The images of Mars are breathtaking and the actors play their parts well. I do believe that one day humans will walk on Mars and even colonise it. As for the existence of ET's it comes down to two possible answers..... either we are alone in the universe or we're not. Personally I believe we we're not. Whether they have visited Earth though is another matter.

This may not be the best of De Palma films but it's just oh so pretty! Such beautiful cinematography!

Been over a decade since I last saw this movie; about time to watch it again.
