If I don't have to see Harvey Keitel's penis on screen again, I would be quite happy. The Piano won awards for Hunter and Paquin's performances and I wholeheartedly agree. Is this movie sexy? Quite so but in a very Victorian manner. I don't believe many understand how complex Hunter's character really is - outside of the piano (which allowed her to fully express herself via "a voice", she has many desires that were pent up because she's basically chained like an animal in a foreign land.

I've never seen this before but baby Anna is so cute!

Watched it the other morning really liked it... Despite it being temporarily depressing

I adore the soundtrack for this film... and Holly Hunter is luminous sans makeup.

Netflix, a little more work is worth it for me to have a larger, better movie selection than in recent past!
