Does Sandler even deserve this chance I'm giving?

Wow um, this was a really odd romantic comedy-drama. But I liked it, for the pure fact that it was different than most out there. It's story that's outside of the romance between Emily Watson and Adam Sandler was a nice pitch. Which is where the odd part comes from, but it all makes sense coming from Sandler's character. And speaking of Adam Sandler, this and Reign Over Me makes me wish he'd do more serious roles. Because God forbid, his film career needs a makeover.

I didn't really get it, but it's still my favorite Sandler movie. Philip Seymour Hoffman was fantastic, as he always is.

This movie was certainly weird. Not sure if in a good way.

I didn't like to see Adam doing this character. I like when he is sweet and funny, not this. Neither liked the movie and I didn't get it... what was the point, what was the meaning???
