Just finished watching this film. I didn't like how it was shot but I think they wanted it to have the feel of a family home video. I liked Hathaway's performance, though. After an hour into the film I could see why she was Oscar nominated. I'm glad the long drawn out dishwasher scene had a purpose. I was proud of "Kym" for confronting her mother in the end. No mother in their right mind would leave their young son in the care of their daughter knowing she has substance abuse problems.

I've done fineshed this film, it's a psycho-drama and romance. It's real story of family conflict, and anne deserved best actress in award.

A little to close to home ..

Hathaway deserved her nomination for this movie.

Never heard of this until I seen it coming on encore...hope its good!

Nobody can make you feel any kind of way unless you let them. Period. The End.

Seriously the most uncomfortable movie I have EVER seen...but Hathaway is tremendous and the plot is so captivating.

Meio indignado com a família de Sidney, devem ter misturado cultura de pelo menos três países em desenvolvimento, como se passasse mensagem de para os produtores ser tudo igual. =P
Ah, e vendo a atriz dá para lembrar que faltam dois meses e meio para Dark Knight Rises.

K, not liking how this is shot like a documentary or a British TV show, when it's neither.

Fab movie but it makes me wish I had someone to snuggle with whilst watching it. Anne Hathaway is brilliant.
