Love this movie, just sad & out there

I saw this one when I was 8 & it got stuck in my mind until now when I've decided to watch it again! (I am 27 now)

I can't sleep so I might as well watch this. Early Keanu Reeves.

A very over rated flick that has no worthy atmosphere or story telling to make this any more compelling or interesting then a ABC after school special. Even though this film is based on a true life murder and events, it's still pretty hard to believe the circumstances and actions of all that involved and the bizarre humor from Crispin Glover and Dennis Hopper seem very out of place for a movie based on a 13 year old girls murder.

I remember seeing the soundtrack for this in RIP magazine and thinking I need to see this movie! Slayer, Hallow's Eve etc. \m/

I quote this movie about twice a day.

Crispin glover uses his own brand of acting I like to call the spastic 12 year old sugar rush method.

Back in college, my friend and I watched this movie so often that we could act out all the scenes. I still can recite all the lines. Scary.

Watching it before it's yanked from Netflix.

One of my favorite movies from when I was younger. Great scenery-devouring craziness from Dennis Hopper and Crispin Glover. It's odd to me that no one seems to remember this movie.
