This is a really great movie, Judd Hirsch and Christine Lahti have been on the run for many years. They are constantly on the move, and may not realize the damage it is doing to their two sons. When Danny (River Phoenix) a gifted musician is given a chance to audition for a prestigious musical school. His parents are against it, but it isn't until Danny falls for Lorna (Martha Plimpton) real-life girlfriend at the time. That he insists on breaking free from his family, even if it means never seeing them again. Sidney Lumet does a wonderful job directing this emotional story. So sad we lost River at 23. Wonderful And Moving Story!!
