Lon movie but I liked it

Jealous? Bizarrely enough, this will be the first time I've watched it.

Depressing movie marathon? Looks like it.

This movie still brings me to tears.....

Heart breaking and heart warming, enraging and encouraging, this film reveals how war causes people to be become the worst and the best. One of my top 10 all time favorites that I watch repeatedly.

I had to break it up into 2 viewings.

I didn't know this movie was in black & white.
