Joan Fontaine won a Best Actress Oscar for SUSPICION and is the only film directed by Hitchcock that had an actor win one. Hitchcock's cameo in this one is him mailing a letter about half way in the film. The dog is named "Johnnie" and is his own dog and he named the main character Cary Grant after him.

This film is a Hitchcock gem! Love the entire cast!

Was in mood for Cary Grant & Hitchcock.
