Second time to watch. For awhile I thought it was a movie about the main character being a tranny. I have selective interpreting. . .

I came into this movie as the main character is looking through a pair of magnified glass at an oil on canvas miniature painting....my first thought, the very first thought that ce to my mind and actually whispered aloud was....amazing.

A Charlie Kaufman movie I somehow missed.

Another fascinating script by Charlie Kaufman (Being John Malkovich, Adaptation, The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) and his first time in the big chair.

One of the most intelligent, intense movies I've ever seen not to mention the sets and scenes. Truly amazing.
