Don't know if this is the correct movie. There were 3 movies listed with the same title. The one I'm watching was filmed in 2009 starring Odette Yustman and Gary Oldman. Listed as Horror genre.

This is such a horrible movie, but I can't sleep and it has Gary Oldman in it... So why not? =)
