    I went to see "CATS" at the WINTER GARDEN THEATRE, 1634 Broadway, New York City, N.Y. 3 weeks before their finale curtain) in the year 2000 .. it was the most amazing play and my first Broadway play I've ever been too, it was exciting on many levels. i'll never forget it and i still have the playbill
    
    Cats is the second longest-running show in Broadway history, and the fourth longest-running West End musical. It has been performed around the world many times and has been translated into more than 20 languages
    
    Cats first opened in the West End 1981 and then on Broadway in 1982, It closed on 10 September 2000, after a total of 7,485 performances raking in 5 million dollars fore Broadway
    
    I hope to see many more plays and Broadway shows in the future, as they are as exciting as you can get to up close personal real time and amazing acting /singing
