    The buzz surrounding Brooklyn duo Cults has been building for so long, it seems crazy that their debut album won’t be out until the 31st. But, on first listen, Cults proves it was worth waiting for, with wispy, bubblegum melodies and girl-group harmonies distorted to ghostly extremes. It is the kind of summer record that’s just as appropriate for a chilly, seaside evening as for a sunny, beach-party afternoon.

    Love this band although i dont know much about them they have gotten very popular and with good reason the whole album has really great hits all the way up and down the track numbers, what they have done to take a completely new style but make it ring of a classic Pop/Motown vibe is amazing to me but they also have some somewhat subtle dark themes in between tracks, Madeline Follin's voice is cute and girly but the performance she gives is nothing less then spectacular she has a very memorable voice without having to over extend her diaphragm to get show off the melodies are great catchy and fun I give this album 5 stars.
