    The Deerhunter had one of the very best soundtrack ever for a motion picture. The Theme from the Deerhunter was a classical piece originally written for piano, and suggested to Stanley Myers for Classical guitar. It is hauntingly beautiful and has remained among the very popular motion picture songs. Cleo Laine wrote the lyrics for the song, titled HE WAS BEAUTIFUL, heard accompanied by John Williams on an LP. The other stunning song was done by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, GOING OUT OF HEAD, played prominently during the Wedding scene.
