I downloaded a free copy of the six track EP from the HTDA website recently and haven't stopped listening to it. It's quite the best thing that Trent Reznor has done in years. Getting married, settling down and becoming a father seems to have centred him creatively.
Mariqueen Reznor/Maandig's vocals are like a combination a bit of a Kelli Dayton (nee Ali) era "Sneaker Pimps" and Nina Persson of "The Cardigans" and that's no bad thing.
Her performances on "The Space In Between" and "A Drowning" are nothing short of spine-tingling.
