Class Actress is an electro-pop trio made up of Elizabeth Harper, Scott Rosenthal, Mark Richardson and a collection of synth-heavy future hits. The group came together after singer-songwriter and drama major Harper (thus the name Class Actress) heard and preferred Richardson's remix of one of her tracks to her original. Rosenthal joined shortly after and they reside in Brooklyn, NY.
Comparisons are drawn between their contemporaries MNDR, Neon Indian and Chairlift in terms of their production and musical circles, and Harper has been hailed as 'Brooklyn's very own Madonna' (New York Press).
