Definitely my favorite of their albums. Classics like "Daft Punk" and "Beat Connection".

Only just discovered this actually (went to Wireless 2010 in Hyde Park, London and was blown away by the sheer magnitude of their performance - the crowd were too harsh to be fair). And I have to say this is the best album of 2004 - which was a dead a good year for indie music imho.
The beats here are minimal, but incredibly nuanced. The longest song is even entirely instrumental, something rarely seen from modern bands, however please don't let this put you off as there isn't the "filler material" usually present on most bands' albums, since all of the songs are listenable and each have their own expressive quality, and it doesn't repetitive either which can only be a good thing.
It's definitely my fave album from LCD SS, just due to the rich, layered and experimental guitars that feature on some of the tracks, like "Movement". It also features my fave closer on any album, and that's "Great Release". That song is comparable, if not better than any of the songs on "Play" by Moby.

Awesome! The whole album...including dope hits like 'Tribulations', 'Daft Punk is Playing At My House', 'Losing My Edge', and 'Yeah'.
