    This is one of the all-time greats(in my humble opinion). The music just flows and the strings,especially at the end of Mr. Blue Sky hits a spot in me that makes me want to cry! I got this as a Christmas present in '77, only thing I got that year but it made my Christmas and my parents made me very happy!! Anyone who thinks rock music is just guitars,bass and drums needs to listen to this!!!

    One of my all-time favorite albums and one of ELO's best. I don't even mind that it has been used in advertising, because then more people get to hear it and appreciate it. Also, the use of a vocoder lead me to be interested in electronic music for the rest of my life!
